Arizona Landlord’s Deskbook (6th Edition) - Book

The paperback edition is no longer available.  The 3-Ring Binder Edition and the E-Book Edition have the identical content as the Paperback Edition.  

The 3-Ring Binder Edition has the benefit of allowing you to easily remove, copy and replace the blank forms from Appendix B and you can also insert forms, articles and other material wherever you desire.

The E-Book Edition has the benefit of being very portable (i.e., can be put on desktop computer, laptop and/or hand-held device).  In addition, the E-Book Edition is completely searchable and all internal hyperlinks (I.e., from one part of the book to another part of the book) and all external links (I.e., hyperlinks to web sites) are fully functional.

All Editions have 526 pages (8.5" x 11").  The Fifth Edition has been greatly expanded, improved and updated. New forms have been added and all existing forms have been updated to reflect the changes in the law. The Quick Reference Section has been updated. All sections have been updated, including: step-by-step instructions on how to evict a tenant, notices that must be included in the rental agreement, the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act, pool and lead-based paint disclosures (and forms), the Americans with Disabilities Act, how to appeal a Special/Forcible Detainer decision, how to oppose an appeal by the tenant, bankruptcy of a tenant, and much more. There is even a chapter exclusively for commercial landlords. Appendix includes complete text of all landlord/tenant statutes, list of every justice court in Arizona, checklists, and blank forms that you may copy and use.

FORMS CD

The Forms CD on CD-ROM and the DOWNLOAD version of the Forms CD are identical, except for the obvious difference of an immediate download versus a CD-ROM that must be mailed. You will download the ZIP file immediately after purchase.  We endeavor to mail out the Forms CD on the next business day after the order is placed.

All forms are in PDF format and "enabled," so you can fill in the forms on-screen and then print out the completed form.  Completed forms CANNOT be saved unless: (1) you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat or (2) have have a print driver that “prints” to a PDF file.
